1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for the collection, storage, and use of information provided by users of the website https://srv003.il2-expert.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), owned by FRONT LINE represented by Ruslan Yuryevich Kleymenov (hereinafter referred to as the “Site Administration”).
Use of the Site implies the User's unconditional agreement with this Policy and the conditions for processing information specified therein. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the User must stop using the Site.
The Site Administration is not a personal data operator registered in the register of personal data operators.
Terms and Definitions:
Site Administration – FRONT LINE, providing administration and technical support for the Site.
User – an individual using the Site who has provided their information to the Site Administration.
Site – a collection of computer programs and other information contained in an information system, access to which is provided via the "Internet" network at the domain name and network address: https://srv003.il2-expert.ru/
Cookies – small text files that are placed on the User's device when visiting the Site and are used to identify the User's browser and ensure the operation of the Site's functions.
2.1. The Site Administration collects and processes the following information provided by Users:
Data provided during registration: username (userName), email address (email), interface language. The password is not saved in plain text, but stored only as a cryptographic hash using a salt, making it impossible to recover the original password even for the Site Administration;
Data provided during authorization: email address (email), interface language. The password is transmitted in encrypted form and is not saved on the server;
Profile data: user identifier (Id), game identifier (guid, gamerId), nickname (nickName), avatar (profile image), coalition, user roles, registration date, email confirmation status, account ban information;
Technical data: IP address of the User's device, session data, information about the browser and device used to access the Site;
Game statistics: flight statistics, pilot and tanker ratings, vehicle loss data, achievements, session and mission information, and other game statistics;
Automatically collected data: information about Site visits, functions used, time and duration of sessions, data transmitted via Cookies technology.
2.2. Important: The collected information (username, nickname, email address) does not constitute personal data within the meaning of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” since said data does not allow for the unique identification of a specific individual without the use of additional information which the Site Administration does not possess.
2.3. The Site Administration does not collect or process special categories of data, biometric data, or other data that allows for the unique identification of an individual.
3.1. The Site Administration uses the collected information for the following purposes:
providing access to the Site's functional capabilities, including User registration and authorization;
ensuring the operation of the authentication and User session management system;
providing Users with access to game statistics, ratings, maps, and other Site functions;
ensuring Site security, preventing fraud and abuse;
communicating with Users regarding Site usage, sending notifications and informational messages to the specified email address;
ensuring the operation of the User account management system, including account access recovery and email confirmation;
improving the quality of Site operation and developing new functional capabilities.
4.1. User information is stored on the Site Administration's servers and is processed using automation tools.
4.2. User information is stored for the period necessary to achieve the goals specified in Section 3 of this Policy, or until the account is deleted by the User.
4.3. Session data is stored for the duration of the session, but no more than 7 (seven) days from the moment of the User's last authorization.
4.4. User passwords are not stored in plain text. The Site Administration uses modern cryptographic protection methods, making it impossible to recover the original password. The Site Administration physically cannot know the User's password.
4.5. The Site Administration applies necessary technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions.
5.1. The Site uses Cookies technology to ensure the operation of the authentication and User session management system.
5.2. Cookies are used for:
identifying the User during repeat visits to the Site;
saving User settings and preferences;
ensuring session security and preventing unauthorized access;
ensuring the operation of the Site's functional capabilities.
5.3. The User can configure their browser to refuse Cookies or notify when Cookies are received. However, disabling Cookies may lead to the inability to access certain Site functions requiring authorization.
6.1. The Site Administration transfers User information to third parties only in the following cases:
in the case of using embedded services from third-party providers (for example, YouTube for video playback, Rutube for video playback), data may be transferred to said providers in accordance with their privacy policies;
transfer is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation within the procedure established by law.
6.2. The Site Administration does not sell User information to third parties and does not use it for commercial purposes unrelated to the provision of services via the Site.
7.1. The User has the right to:
receive information regarding what information about them is collected and used by the Site Administration;
require the Site Administration to clarify, block, or delete information about them if the information is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of use;
delete their account on the Site, which will lead to the deletion of information associated with the account (except for information the storage of which is required in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation);
unsubscribe from receiving informational messages at the specified email address.
7.2. To exercise the indicated rights, the User may send a request to the Site Administration via the contact details specified in Section 9 of this Policy.
8.1. The Site Administration takes necessary technical and organizational measures to protect User information from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions.
8.2. Such measures include:
use of modern cryptographic protection methods for storing passwords;
use of encryption technologies for data transmission;
restriction of access to information, determination of access rights to information;
control over measures taken to ensure information security;
detection of facts of unauthorized access to information and taking measures to prevent similar incidents in the future;
ensuring registration and accounting of all actions performed with information in the information system.
9.1. The Site Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time at its discretion.
9.2. The current version of the Privacy Policy is posted on the Site at: https://srv003.il2-expert.ru/
9.3. When making significant changes to the Privacy Policy, the Site Administration notifies Users by posting a corresponding notice on the Site or sending a notification to the email address specified by the User during registration.
9.4. Continued use of the Site after changes are made to the Privacy Policy implies the User's agreement with such changes.
